WELCOME TO
HELD IN WATER
In water, we learn the language of trust and boundaries the foundation of deep bonds that can begin in water from their first breath.
DISCOVER A GENTLE, BODY-AWARE APPROACH
Water becomes a space of safety, curiosity, and connection when guided with presence and respect.
Every moment in the water begins with listening — to your body, your baby, and the environment that holds you both.
